Ms. Lanna Lubis, has more than 35 years of progressively responsible positions with the U.S. Government in Indonesia, and moved to the private sector by joining Moores Rowland in 2004. She is well versed on UsAid’s procurements and assistance project regulations. Key strengths include managing and monitoring complex development assistance projects with multiple personnel, together with involvement in multidiscipline contexts and with multinational parties.
She has extensive experience in processing, managing and monitoring contracts, grants and financial management of large and small US Government development assistance. Ms Lanna's ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at every level from local to the most senior government officials, the private sector and with the long/short-term advisors, expatriate consultants and contract personnel is another of her major strengths.
She gained extensive skills as a mature proposal writer, reviewer, manager, coordinator and led team building programs for UsAid, the US Naval Medical Research Unit-Two (NAMRU - TWO) and multilateral donor agencies’ RFP and solicitations.
