<p>The electronic tax filing forms (e-forms) have been updated by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). The 1770 and 1770 S personal yearly SPT e-form applications have had capabilities added as part of this update. The Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP) and its derived rules allow for the implementation of this modification.</p> <p>According to the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), the updating of the 1770 and 1770 S Annual SPT e-forms is based on adjustments to the provisions stipulated in HPP and Government Regulation No. 55 for the year 2022.<br /> </p> <p><strong>The annual SPT form for individuals is now divided into three parts: form 1770 SS, form 1770 S, and form 1770.</strong></p> <ul> <li>Individual taxpayers who earn no more than IDR 60 million annually can file an annual tax return using Form <strong>1770 SS</strong>.</li> <li>Individual taxpayers who earn more than IDR 60 Million per year are eligible to use Form <strong>1770 S</strong>.</li> <li>An annual SPT form known as Form <strong>1770</strong> is utilized by individuals who own a business (no work ties).<br /> </li> </ul> <p><strong>The following updates have just been announced by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), as follows:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The addition of the statement "PP 55" is especially for micro-, small-, and medium-enterprises (UMKM) with a turnover of under IDR 4.8 billion per year.<br /> <br /> <img src="/assets/library/image_1680155836.png" style="height:230px; width:823px" /><img src="/assets/library/image_1680155853.png" style="height:300px; width:548px" /></li> </ul> <p><img src="/assets/library/image_1680155868.png" style="height:145px; width:975px" /></p> <p><span style="font-size:10px"><strong><span style="color:#B22222">**</span>Image source by</strong>: @PajakMania</span><br /> </p> <ul> <li>In the past, an automatic 0.5% multiplier was applied to the monthly gross turnover.<br /> <br /> Recently, however, most taxes were filled out manually because, in accordance with Government Regulation No. 5 of 2022, Article 60, Paragraphs 2–3, individual taxpayers with a gross income from business of up to IDR 500 million in one tax year are not subject to income tax.</li> </ul> <p><img src="/assets/library/image_1680155971.png" style="height:333px; width:510px" /></p> <p><br /> This information relates to the 1770 and 1770 S individual yearly SPT e-form application update and addition of features.
