Requirements :
- Final year student or recent graduate in Accounting or a related major
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Basic understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with internal and external parties
- Able to manage tasks independently and work in a team environment
Job Description :
- Assist in obtaining, analysing, and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, and process flowcharts
- Support in preparing and presenting audit results and documentation
- Provide independent insights to help ensure compliance, transparency, and achievement of organizational goals
- Help identify control gaps and suggest risk mitigation and cost-efficiency strategies
- Maintain open communication with supervisors and relevant teams
- Contribute to documentation of audit procedures and preparation of audit findings memos
- Participate in follow-up reviews to assess management’s actions on previous recommendations
- Engage in continuous learning about industry regulations, standards, and best practices
