Whistle Blowing System (WBS)
To create a transparent, clean, and responsible corporate environment, we uphold the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in all business activities. One key element of our GCG framework is the implementation and management of a Whistle Blowing System (WBS).
The WBS provides a secure channel for employees, management, vendors, partners, and all external stakeholders to report suspected violations that may cause financial or non-financial harm, including actions that could damage the Company’s reputation.
The WBS may be used to report, but is not limited to, the following violations:

- Conflicts of interest
- Financial misstatements or irregularities
- Breach of company policies or code of conduct
- Harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior
- Data or information security breaches
- Abuse of authority or other misconduct
To ensure a smooth and efficient follow-up, reports should include:
- The reporter’s identity (full name, mobile number, and email).
Anonymous reporting is accepted if supported by clear evidence. - A detailed description of the suspected violation.
- Details of the individual(s) involved and their department/unit (if known).
- Location and time of the incident.
- Supporting documents or evidence (files, screenshots, photos, recordings, etc.).
Even without complete information, reports submitted in good faith will still be reviewed.
We are committed to:
- Protecting the confidentiality of the report and the reporter’s identity.
- Prohibiting any form of retaliation, including intimidation, demotion, termination, or discrimination.
- Taking disciplinary action against individuals who retaliate against whistleblowers.
All WBS reports and related evidence will be securely stored with restricted access and retained according to company data retention policies and applicable laws.
